Orders
Once you have placed your order with us a member of our sales team will ring you back to process it.
When you do receive the phone call from a member of our stafrf please go through your order carefully and
any questions you may have about the product you are purchasing will be explained to you in detail.
Please note only when you do receive the phone call is the order confirmed.
Payment
A deposit of 30% is required prior to an order being processed, and if the product you require is customized a
50% deposit is required.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us within two days of placing it and it will be cancelled without
hesitation, however we are unable to allow cancellation after a two day period as the production of your order will have already commenced.
Delivery
We reserve the right to charge any services, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time.
It is important that each item is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you or your authorized agent immediately upon delivery. We Will not be responsible for any damage not reported within 24 hours
Proof Of Purchase
Please maintain your confirmation of purchase as this will certify the guarantee of your product.
Guarantee
Your purchase is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a 12 month period from the time you receive it in your home. During this time we will repair or replace any item that proves to be defective, with the exception of reasonable wear and tear and subject to compliance with our recommendations.
Liability
We accept no liability for any costs or damages you may occur through any fault in our products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
